Global Warming-No Air
Description: Our Earth is facing many critical environmental issues. Please take action and help preserve our planet. We produce large amounts of carbon dioxide gases. Carbon Dioxide, CO2, is the culprit for more of the recent increase in greenhouse warming. Our Green Team studied the effects of Global warming and created this video to increase awareness. What can you do? Reduce the amount of electricity use, use ethanol fuel, use less vehicles and carpool if needed, use public bus transportation, don't pollute - REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE! Our students are proud of this video because it creates awareness to take action and it also gives children better opportunities. Enjoy!

How This Works

Want to end global warming? Figure out a way to blow up the sun.
But cut the crap about CO2 causing warming. Take a look at the nifty little chart in Gore's slideshow. Warming or cooling comes first (a natural cycle), then about 800 years later CO2 levels rise or fall (that means the temperature fluctuations cause the C02 fluctuations). CO2 is not pollution, it is plant food. Nature produces about 32X more than the worlds cars & factories. It helps plants grow stronger and healthier, and helps plants survive droughts.

There is so much controversy over environmental topics, but when children try to make a difference consider their non controversial outlook on things. It turns out that like any other "food", too much will only cause harm. CO2 IS plant food and the excessive production is harmful to the environment. The atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration has gone up by 35% since the beginning of the industrial revolution. Today, it is higher than at any time in the past 25 million years. It is predicted to increase an additional 50% by 2050. Think about the disapearing CO2 sinks due to deforestation. CO2 is essential for life and that is known.
