I Remember (It's Happening Again)
Description: Note from the artist: A folk-rooted message song that recounts key events of World War II in the context of the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. “I don’t have a political agenda; I sing about things that matter to me personally. I wrote that song because of my relationship with my grandfather, and the issue of the war really hit home with me because of his experiences. I care about him, and I care about my friends who are overseas in the war, so the song is about the people involved in the war and less about making a political statement, even though those things are in there as well. How This Works
For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.
For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

Good music. Historical reference to vaporizing Hiroshima/Nagasaki to "cut them down to size" flatly wrong. Estimates of lives to be lost taking Japanese mainland by conventional means were so high the A-bomb was seen as a way to minimize total Japanese and Americans killed to reach an end to fighting. Look it up.

very moving song & video. My grandfather was in the Korean War and he still doesn't like to talk about it.

This song is absolutely amazing. I loved it... it really hits close to home because my dad, uncles and grandfather have all fought for this country.
