How This Works
For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.
For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

I think that the video was very inspirational and it made me feel good as having an autistic child because it shows me that I'm not the only parent out there with a child with special needs, there are other people out there going through the same thing I'm going through with the most beautiful children in the world.

May the Good LORD pour out HIS blessings upon these children and help us find the cause and cure. In JESUS'S name we pray! God Bless our children and our Nation!! I applaud your good work here. God Bless you all.

I just watched this video again, and have watched it multiple times. While my son is my inspiration this video just reinforces what so many families and kids are going through. It is impossible to know what it is like to live a day in this life, but this video does a great job of hitting the high and low points, thanks so much Five For Fighting!!!

I actually have Aspberger's Syndrome. While I wish all people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder well in life, I feel that a cure is NOT needed. Every day, we make new progress that we never thought was imaginable the day before. We are making all of this progress ourselves, not with the help of some chemical in a needle. What we need is a world that understands and is willing to help us understand how society works so that we can function. We need help from people, not a chemical. I can only hope that the world will realize this before it's too late.

I hope the awareness and Undrestanding of Autism grows people dismiss some of these children as BRATS not children that are trying to communicate a need or want. Let their voices be heard through those that understand. May Gods blessings not be overlooked.

4 of my 16 grandchildren have autism. They are so beautiful. Every child is such a gift from God.

I have a beautiful son who has Aspergers, fortunately I also have a great support system. Bravo for this touching video that I can share and open the door for conversation with other parents. It is only through sharing and education that we can erase the stigma that surrounds the diagnosis for the general "atypical" populas. It has made his life difficult, and therefore I hope it is a word in our history books for the sake of my grandchildrens generation. For today, I am proud to have the unique gift I have been blessed with.

I have a 10 year old daughter with Autism (Asperger's). Unfortunately, the computer I watched your video on does not have sound. I will say, the picures and captions alone brought tears to my eyes. Thank for your thoughts and generosity!

Max,
this is the song you and gabe were singing from the history channel that Gabe thought was coldplay, it is a song about autism.

I found this video held such a beautiful, clear message. My son Luka lives with Autism and I am just beginning to really understand that in so many ways he has a gift that is teaching me and opening me up - I'm not thinking "cured" but rather feel certain he will achieve a life of meaning and grace. I teach kids with autism at "normal" high school and feel so strongly about thier needs not being adequately met that I'm goint to take extra training to become an "Autism Teacher". These kids are genuinely inspiring! Thanks

The only exception I take is to some of the text in this video. The word disability puts an emphasis on what these kids can't do, but people often ignore the many things they can do, sometimes better than other children in their age group.
