How This Works

For all donations, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com will distribute approximately 90% of money donated to the selected charities. This is determined primarily by the amount of views per charity and available funds. The 10% expense includes Revver.com's .01/view webhosting cost, California Community Foundation's 1.25% administrative expense and site maintenance. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's Board of Directors.

For videos which have received 30,000 or more views, whatkindofworlddoyouwant.com may elect to add a click through advertisement at the end of such videos to defray web hosting expenses. As our objective is to donate the most funds possible to our charities, this will eliminate substantial expenses incurred by revver's .01 per view charge on videos with millions of views.

My grandson Joey has Autism, he is the light of my life. I adore him so, and I wouldn't change one thing about him. Thank you for this beautiful song. God Bless

I have a nine year old son with Aspergers Syndrome. It is such a struggle, but so worth it. I am enjoying the support of groups and I am looking forward to his further recovery.

i am the mother of a 3 year old boy with autism and a 30 year old brother with autism. i felt so bad like i was the one to blame for my son being autisic because i carried the jean. but with the help of my parents who had been through it themselves with my oldest brother and my son's father and his family, along with everyone that has helped my son to overcome so much in the last 2 years, i dont know what i would have done with out them all. and now i have a one year old that is starting to show some of the signs as well. and im no as scared about going through it if i have to again. just it will be a handfull lol. well thank you to everyone out that has or at least understands that they way my son acts in public sometimes is no more my fault then it is his. he just cant tell people what is bothering him as easily as a "normal" child. or at least what the world thinks of as a "normal" child. to me my child is normal since i grew up with a severly autisc older brother, and my son is no where's near a handfull as my brother. well thank you to all that read this its nice to know that there are more people that understand now then when my ma had my brother and had pretty much no one.

The courage and strength of my students with autism inspires me to go to work every day. I believe that individuals with ASD contribute so much to our society. Thank you to any parent who has given us the opportunity to work with you and your children.

I am the mother of a 10 year old boy, Alex, who has ASD...We did not discover this until last year and every day before that was an emotional rollercoaster for our family. The first diagnosis at 6 years old was ADHD. Alex is a very happy, loving child with a great big heart and a soft side for everyone. We are now medicine free and with the help of very loving family, friends, doctors and school teachers, we are living a less stressful, more organized life. Thank you to all those that support Autism speaks. I am not sure what all of the families in the world affected by this disorder would do without you!....

~~If you don't know a child with Autism you will never know how much joy, love, laughter and tears they can bring you. I was told my son has Autism when he was 2 1/2 years old. He is now 5 years old and I thank God everyday for my precious and loving son Seth. I could never live without him. He puts a smile on my face everyday of my life with him. The first time I herd him say I love you Mommy, He was 4 years old. Now he tells me stories about his days at school thanks to all his great Teachers. My son is the type of person to cry when his big sister gets hurt. He will run to her to see if she is ok. When his sister cries my son will sit with her and cry too. Not one day will pass without my son Seth kissing my arm as he tells me I love you Mommy and you're so beautiful. WOW! What more could a mother want? He is a blessing from God to me and my Husband. I thank God each day for him. He will be ok in life and all the children with Autism. I will pray for you and for your parents as well. God Bless you ALL!!!~~ Thanks for this awesome video! Hope <><

We are all the same yet everyone has their differences. Send your children to Doctors and Schools and let them make the best history they can. Support them all the way. Don't get discourage with people who reject your children. In the log run the REJECTORS have learned from your children. They may Thank You some day for sharing your child with them. Babies are being diagnosed daily on the autism scale 1-150. Every year more and more children will be included into public schools, Its time now for all Schools to get their IN SERVICE training on AUTISM/ASPERGERS SYNDROME. My advice, catch them doing something right, everyday. PRAISE them!

I am a single mother with two wonderful boys. I love them both very much. They are my life, my soul and my everything. My youngest has ASD and it is sad that we, not just him, are judged for this. The looks that people give sometimes hurt worse than the comments. I think that the world needs to be better informed about ASD. Thank you for doing this FiveforFighting. :0)

I have a 17-year-old daughter with autism, the age where you typically don't hear much about them anymore as if they don't exist after 10-years-old....well, I can assure you they do. I started to think about what my daughter would do after she graduates from high school when she was 3 and now she is a senior...what is she going to do all day every day?? This is a disorder that last throughout the child's lifespan, long after they are no longer little and cute and long after school over. Where are our precious children with autism going to go when we're not here to care for them anymore. This is a struggle I live with daily and I can't bury my head in the sand and make believe that day will never come....Thank you to all the parents and caregivers that are so amazing as they take autism out of the closet and put it in society's face, at times 14 years ago I felt I was the only one out there. United we stand.....

Hello to all the mothers out there. God bless you. I have a beautiful 9 year old and she has autism. Everyday is a beautiful day now. She overcame many challenging obstacles, and after all these years of struggling, She is still the strength of both of our weaknesses.

From Russia with love-- we adopted our daughter at 13 mos of age from an orphanage in Moscow. With me being an RN we suspected she was Autistic straight from the orphanage. She is now 12 going on 13 and changing every day. I'd love to hear from other mom's who are dealing with adolescence and entering teen years with a special needs child.
